Stephen Perry held the position of Director of Strategy & Planning for Global Accounts Operations at Xerox Corporation (Retired), a position he held since December 2004 to September 2012. Xerox Global Accounts Operations provides enhanced focus and support to Xeroxâ€™s top strategic global accounts. Perry also served on the Xerox Corporate Ethics Board. Perry was responsible for strategy, market characterization and research, strategy planning, program development and execution. He has developed major accounts and directed a range of global account-based marketing strategies to elevate the level of client contact and improve planning and strategy efforts. In addition to designing account opportunity profiles to generate improved market knowledge for global accounts, he also worked to increase the knowledge of senior global sales professionals. Perry also served for three years as Manager of Marketing Development for the Marketing Partnership Group at Xerox, developing the strategy and marketing programs, growing the business 3X during his tenure. Perry began his career with Lockheed Aircraft as a Manufacturing Tool Designer; Perry joined Xerox as Manager of Customer Service. He has since held a range of Service, Marketing and Strategy positions. Prior to holding his last position, Perry served as Manager of Marketing Strategy & Systems Research for Xerox Global Services. Xerox Global Services combines consultation with expertise in business process innovation, technology, and documents, to offer customers, Business Process Services. The Strategic Account Marketing Association (SAMA) selected Xerox Corporation for their â€œOutstanding Corporate Performance in Strategic Customer Managementâ€ as the recipient honoring Perryâ€™s organization, Global Accounts Operations, in 2008. Perry also served on the Corporate Ethics Board and supported the Xerox Foundation through community engagement. Perry serves as the Board Chair of the Urban League of Southern Connecticut and on the Boards of the Stamford Symphony and the Network For Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE). In March of 2013, Perry established a new business to address the needs of non-profits. His company â€œSOLUTION 2442â€ is a Pro-Bono consultancy that focuses on Planning, Strategy, Marketing and Brand development. He has been a resident of Stamford, CT for more than 20 years.
