Juanita Olguin is Global Offering Manager in the Workflow Automation Services team as of October 2014.
In her role, Juanita is responsible for the overall program management of key programs within the Workflow Automation Offering Portfolio. This includes activities such as the defining, planning, and the overall management of the development process following Lean and TTM methodologies. In addition, she will be responsible for governance of key partners with a specific focus on gap analysis and performance improvement plans.
Juanita has served in multiple departments within Xerox over the last 5 years including roles in strategy, operations, program and project management within Corporate Business Strategy, Global Service Delivery Rightshore Program, and Global Service Delivery Transition & Implementation Management.
Juanita is a graduate from Arizona State University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Supply Chain Management. She is an active resident in Norwalk, CT and helped to found the Norwalk Chapter of Young Professionals at Xerox.
